Work immersion is a topic that allows senior highschool students to get their hands dirty and experience a job that is matched to their tracks so they may have an idea about their future vocations. It is one of the prerequisites to be qualified as one of the graduates in senior highschool.
I had the opportunity to teach, complete office tasks, and conduct paperwork during my work immersion. I loved teaching, but because I’m a shy person, I felt really ashamed at the same time. However, I enjoy working in the office and on paperwork since our supervisors are good at guiding us and are eager to share their experience with us.
Due to my work immersion experience, where I observed how busy and responsible teachers are, I have come to the realization that their job is not simple. However, teaching is a wonderful profession since it allows you to impart your knowledge and experiences to the students you are working with.
All of the knowledge I have acquired via my job immersion has been useful, especially as I approach graduation. I’m confident I’ll put it to use in my day-to-day activities.
